So, if you’re one of those people who says “I can’t stand the taste”,
suck it up fuel yourself with H2O.

The human body is made up from about 60% water.
Every organ, muscle, and drop of blood needs water for high functioning quality.

It’s estimated around 80% of American’s don’t reach their daily water needs / goals.

People can quickly become dehydrated and it’s not something to play around with.

 How to incorporate more water into your life:

  1. Drink a full glass of water first thing in the morning. While our bodies sleep, it goes hours without hydration; during this time, our organs naturally cleans itself. Drinking a full glass of water in the morning helps flush the body of toxins and improves digestion. It helps get our blood flowing properly, helping promote healthy blood circulation. The central of our nervous system, the brain, is made up of around 76% water. Drinking a glass of water in the morning boosts your body in all the good ways.
  2.  Carry a refillable water bottle with you. Spend about $10 on a travel water bottle and take it everywhere. This way whenever you get thirsty, your water is ready to go. PLUS, you get to help out mother earth by cutting disposable plastic water bottles.
  3.  Drink water with your meals. Squeeze some lemon and mint into your water and drink with your meals to help aid digestion. (Water alone works fine but adding in some extra fresh ingredients for flavor is always a good choice….plus extra health benefits)
  4.  EAT YOUR WATER. Drinking H2O is not the only way to get your water, there are tons of yummy & nutritious water rich foods that are easy to incorporate into recipes and used as a snack.

So really, if you drink a glass of water in the morning, carry around a refillable water bottle, and eat fresh fruits and veggies…..you won’t have to wonder if you’re getting in enough H2O.

There are so many people walking around with issues that simply cutting back on sugary and carbonated drinks and getting more water in can do for the body.
